Who we are

PROTON Growth (protongrowth.me) is a growth consultancy based in Portugal. Data controller: André da Silveira. Contact: ProtonGrowth@proton.me.

What data we collect

Only what you voluntarily provide in the site’s forms: name, contact (email or WhatsApp), company, website, industry, role, country, indicative budget and the description of your challenge. We run no tracking cookies of our own and no advertising; our host (WordPress.com) may log technical data such as IP addresses for security and aggregate statistics.

What we use it for

Exclusively to respond to your enquiry and prepare the audit or proposal you requested. No unsolicited newsletters, no selling or sharing of data with third parties for marketing.

Legal basis and retention

We process your data on the basis of your consent (the box you tick in the form) and our legitimate interest in replying to the contact you initiated. We keep it only for the duration of the commercial conversation and, where a contractual relationship exists, for the legally required periods.

Who we share it with

Only the providers strictly necessary to run the site and the communication: our host WordPress.com (Automattic Inc.) and, if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the message is transmitted by the WhatsApp platform (Meta), subject to that platform’s privacy policy. We never sell data, under any circumstances.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may at any time access, rectify, erase or request portability of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Just write to ProtonGrowth@proton.me — we reply within the legal deadline. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
